FCARL cannot house adoptable animals. That is why we support the New Albany Animal Shelter and the Tri-County Animal Shelter.

The New Albany Animal Shelter is a municipal facility dedicated to providing animal control and sheltering services for the City of New Albany. Their mission is to protect the health and safety of both animals and residents in our community.

Tri-County Animal Shelter
Tri-County Animal Shelter opened January 1st, 2024, to serve the unincorporated areas of Floyd County, Town of Georgetown and Town of Greenville. Tri-County Animal Shelter has proudly held its spot as a non-kill facility.
