The City of Seymour is located one hour south of Indianapolis, one hour north of Louisville and one and one-half hours west of Cincinnati. Trick or Treat Information

The residential Trick or Treat hours have been set for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, October 31.

Please use extra caution and always keep safety in mind, especially in congested areas and with vehicular traffic. Due to COVID-19, extra safety measures should be used, including maintaining social distance, using a face mask that covers the nose and mouth and keeping hands sanitized throughout the night.

City Leaf Pickup to begin week of October 19, 2020

Weather permitting, Department of Public Works will begin leaf pick-up at residences the week of October 19, 2020. Leaves should be raked as close to the curb as possible and should be free of branches and other trash items.

Keep piles away from storm water inlets.

There is no need to call for this service. We ask that trash and recycle containers be removed from the street no later than 7am following you day of pickup.
