Betty S. Russo

Betty S. Russo moved to the Kentuckiana area two years ago when she accepted the position of Vice Chancellor of Advancement at Indiana University Southeast. Betty earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration from Albright College and MBA, Community Service and Economic Development from Alvernia University. She has more than 17 years of professional experience in higher education fundraising.

Betty and her husband, Bill, have three sons, Anthony, John and Michael. Betty belongs to St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church and Rotary Club of Louisville. Her hobbies include reading, counted cross stitch and genealogy. Betty believes that the support St. Elizabeth’s is provides  for women and children is needed now, more than ever in our society, and for that reason she joined the council.
